Paint woes

For the past couple months I've been thinking of painting....again. The living room has been painted twice already since we moved in a year and a half ago.

Here is the color now, furniture is all different of course.

It's a very pale blue/gray.

Which was beautiful when I first painted it (we hadn't ripped out the carpet yet). I had always planned on buying a jute/sisal rug after we took out the carpets, hence the cooler wall color. However when rug plan A changed we ended up getting this beautiful silvery/mint area rug. I love it, it's the perfect color.
However, with the 'cool' paint color and rug it's too cold, the wall color needs to be warmer.

I'm thinking it needs to be a warm white, just not too yellow.

Here is where you come in-my computer monitor is on the fritz and looks like a static-y TV (Migraine city y'all!) so I can't tell what anything looks like.

I'm thinking something  like this:

(I'm going with a warm white because of my plans for our kitchen, which I'll be sharing soon. Whatever wall color I pick will most likely be on the upper cabinets/open shelves.)

Here is (similar to) what I have going on in the living room right now:

I just need help picking a paint color. Pretty sure it'll have to be Behr paint at this point, oh Farrow and Ball I need you in Montana!

I'm thinking Cottage White (on the china cabinet)

Too yellow? Let me know what you think because on my computer monitor I can't tell.

I REALLY need to get it fixed!

Are you able to get yourself Benjamin Moore paints? They make a lovely warm white called Simply White... it's only slightly creamy, not yellowy, but not blue at all. A clean, neutral white that's perfect. Not sure if that's where you're going with the color, but I have it in my office, and it's great year-round, no matter the light or season. Good luck with your re-re-repainting!

OH, and I forgot to say that I love your mood board for the space! The olive-aqua-mint tones plus warm-neutrals will be lovely!

Love your board... Whites are HARD. Do you get plenty of light in there?

Yes, we do thankfully! Haven't made it out yet to get some samples....maybe this weekend.
